Orlivas — Parent / Guardian Notice

This notice is for parents and legal guardians who use Orlivas to manage the health of a

child or a dependent. It explains your responsibilities and the commitments we make to

you.

1. You are in control

When you add a child or dependent as a managed profile, you act as their

representative. You decide what information to record, who in the family can see it, and

when to remove it. Managed profiles have no login of their own.

By adding a child or dependent and entering their health data, **you confirm that you

hold parental responsibility, legal guardianship, or another lawful authority** to manage

that person's health information, and that you will exercise it in their best interests.

If you lose that authority (for example, a change in guardianship), you must stop managing

their data and remove it if appropriate.

We collect the health information you enter about the child or dependent, solely to

provide the caregiving features (reminders, records, summaries) to your family. We do

not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not allow third

parties to train AI models on it. Full detail is in the Privacy Policy.

Any AI feature that would send a managed person's health data or photo to an external

AI provider is off by default and requires your explicit opt-in. You can decline

or disable it at any time. See the AI Transparency Notice.

You can, at any time and from within the app:

view, correct and add to the managed profile's records;
delete individual records or the entire managed profile;
export the family's data;
close your account (which, if you are the last caregiver, permanently erases the whole

family, including the managed profiles).

Where the person is able to understand, please tell them that their health information is

kept in Orlivas and respect their wishes about it. As they mature or their circumstances

change, review whether your continued management remains appropriate.

Orlivas accounts are for adults (16+). Children may not create their own Orlivas

account.
